Ordering Information: Quotation Acceptance
Once you have received our free quotation you can confirm your order at quote@thesignspot.co.nz:
- Confirm type of shipping
- Confirm delivery address
- Make payment into our bank account with the reference given.
Shipping
Where standard NZ post is chosen your lettering is sent in an envelope and may have needed to be folded or cut inbetween the vinyl to fit.
When Tracked Parcel Post option is chosen your lettering is rolled to fit inside a cardboard tube and sent.
NZ POST: Smaller DIY lettering can be sent for $2.50 nationwide via NZ Post in an A4 size envelope. This is an untracked service and is at the purchasers risk. Target delivery is 1-3 working days to main centres.
NZ POST TRACKED PARCEL POST (Standard): Is a tracked service (non signature) for larger items with a target delivery of 1 -3 working
days to main centres.
Standard Tracked Parcel Post and Packaging is $6 - $9 nationwide depending on size.
NZ POST TRACKED PARCEL POST(Rural): Is a tracked service (non signature) for larger items with a target delivery of 1 -3 working
days to main centres.
Rural Tracked Parcel Post and PackagingRural is $9 -$12 nationwide depending on size.
PICK UP: The Sign Spot is an online business so pick up is allowed by arrangement only from Kamo, Whangarei.
Payment
Payment is to be made into the The Sign Spot bank account detailed on your quote. Please ensure a reference is used. At present we have no credit card processing capabilities.
A receipt is provided on request.
Order Completion Time
Orders are normally completed and sent within within 2-3 working days of payment clearing. If there is any reason for a delay on an order then this will be advised.
